She started her acting career at age 7 when she composed and directed and appeared in the film The Red Bridge which premiered at the 2002 Atlantic and Reel to Reel Film Festivals. Her first agent was scouted at the age of 11 and a few months after that she was on the Lionsgate feature film Fido alongside Carrie-Anne Moss.
